"Words cannot express my sadness. In 1983 as my surgeon, Mr Hoffmann saved my life, gave me the confidence to be strong and to live my life without fear. I have done this for 37 years and his words to me stay true every day. He gave me not only my health but courage to stay true to his prescription for the rest of my life.
More than a brilliant doctor, surgeon. I will and have been, every day of my life, grateful."
