"With sadness and best thoughts to Dof, Victoria and Di's other family and friends - from another hockey colleague over many years - both team mate and adversary. Regards and love - Jo"

"We wish to express our sincere condolences on Di’s sudden passing. She was a valued member of our team and led us to a number of Premierships. Her on and and off field antics kept us well entertained including her love of pre game energy drinks and overall passion for the game. Sending love to the family and in particular Victoria. The Forestville Red Hockey team."

"To Diana's family, and in particular Victoria:
Please accept my sincere condolences on this very sad occasion. I was very shocked to hear that Di is no longer with us and I hope that you are coping with your terrible loss.
Di and I were at uni together; she did chemical engineering and I did civil engineering. She was a very smart woman and I was always impressed by her intellect. We regularly came across each other through hockey, for many years when she played goalie for Adelaide initially for my team and then for higher grades, and later in competition when she was with Forestville and SPOC. We always had a chat when we met up and it was good to hear how she and Victoria were getting along.
My husband Ric and my daughters Zenia and Jacqui also send their condolences."
