"A great celebration of Aunt Jo’s life. Jo was described just as we remember her, if not more so. Jo will be missed by all, the last of a formidable generation."

"Dear Deb, Tony, Howard and Madeleine,
My thoughts are with you all at this sad time.
You will be able to support and comfort each other through the grief that comes from losing your dear Mother.
I remember Jo as a strong, determined woman who spoke up about what she believed in.
She appreciated the beauty of nature and loved her flowers and trees.
Jo certainly lived a full life and will long be remembered.
I am sorry not to be there today to pay my respects but am grateful to be able to join the live stream.
My love and condolences to you all,
Libby Sheppard"

"Dear Deb, Tony, Howard and Madeleine,
We will be thinking of you as we remember your mum Jo. A life lived fully and forthrightly, and a much loved figure among family and many many friends. Jo was enormously important to me, especially in my early life in Adelaide.
