"Lovely Laila, your generosity and unconditional love will never be forgotten. You practically took me in as your own when I was a teenager ā€“ and watched and listened to Lamya and I muse about life, music and love. Your kindness and patience, along with the fabulous food you provided back then and right through to the end will always be appreciated and treasured. I will miss you, dear Laila. Find peace and love in your place of rest. Love and hugs to the whole family."

"Dear Laila, my memories of your generosity and unconditional love will always be with me. Growing up and spending time with you, Fred, Lamya, Kamiel and David in Berri were precious. Your patience and humour with all the cheeky children getting up to mischief made my days such fun. I loved every minute! Your cooking skills were well known and we loved sitting around the kitchen table eating your treats. Fly high over the rainbow Laila, you will be sadly missed.
Love Lyn"
